Melinda's Gluten Free Bakery

I tried this bakery today near Outdoor World in Capitola. Since I have been so sad because I thought I could never eat cakes or donuts again, without going to the trouble to bake them even gluten-free. But then I believed in this bakery today! I just tried a whole chocolate donation and it was amazing! Whomever was hesitant to try gluten-free products because the myth, sometimes about them bland and dry, these donuts proved that myth is wrong! These were the most moist chocolate donuts I tasted like a brownie or fudge cake turned into a donut! So amazing that I am here and write a review immediately! The best part is that gluten-sensitive people like me can enjoy these tasteful creations without worry! I'm so glad Melindas exists!

We were so excited to go to Melinda’s as our daughter has Celiac Disease and finding pastries is near impossible. Their savory muffins and croissants were very tasty. Happy tears from a grateful family. Thank you!

Two of my children are allergic to nuts and one is allergic to sesame. They had tons of delicious options to eat and we are so grateful. We will definitely be back!!
