This bar is small but feels like one of Dusseldorf's best kept secrets( even though loads of people obviously know about it). The streets were full but walking into this bar at about 10pm felt like walking into another world of calmness and serenity with a superb selection of music and cocktails; the place had a really sophisticated and classy feel about it. As it is so small it never felt overcrowded but later on in the night people tried to come in but there were no seats. I tried a number of cocktails and each one was a delight, carefully crafted by the bartenders who knew their stuff when it came to knocking together a cocktail. the düsseldorfer old town is at the weekend a dead, loud, not always appetitliche sea. the island of rest in this sea is the Melody bar. absolutely professional operation with high social competence, wonderful relaxed atmosphere, nice guests with whom you always get into the conversation quickly, cool music and - above all - tasty cocktails plus pretty gin and whisky choice. Circulating teenies, drowned Radau brothers and Whooo girls must unfortunately stay out.

in the old town (maybe in the whole city) the cocktail bar. super relaxed atmosphere, very competent service, nice music and of course damn good cocktails. I can only fully endorse the positive assessments here, otherwise I would only repeat what has already been written here. only one more: absolutely recommended!

a very small bar in the form of a waggons in the old town. always many people, but only open when the bar owners want it. However, if they find the right place, it is worth trying it - perhaps the price is not the lowest, but always fresh ingredients and the first, highest quality cocktails. I recommend. Very very small bar in a busy street, but if you go when it opens at 9am, then it i nice and quiet and you can get personalised cocktails which are really worth the visit. The owner is also very friendly and is a clear expert at cocktails.

who wants to escape the bachelor's farewells in the stubborn old town, finds in the melody a nice chat, charming service and first-class cocktails. very recommended are the pagan and the chinese give it a try!

A gorgeous hidden cocktail bar in the buzz of the city. The staff are friendly, the cocktails are tasty (and not loaded with sugar) and the atmosphere is chilled and cool. Highly recommended.
