For the last two times I’ve came I have had thr same waiter and the experience had been horrible. He has not came to check on our table he has charged us for things and not informed. This last time I sat and was not even acknowledged for 15 mins and he said no one told him he needed to serve us and blamed it on another wait staff. I asked for a smaller portion whrj arrived and reception said they should definitely be able to accommodate my child I asked him and he said no fast didn’t even ask the kitchen staff. My shrimp was hard again I told him and he didn’t offer any accommodations. Great steak horrible service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Great restaurant with excellent food and excellent service. My family was vacationing in Seattle and staying in Renton and we were looking for a good steakhouse nearby. We found this and it was highly rated so we decided to check it out. The restaurant isn't fancy and the menu is kind of limited but the food here is very good. I ordered a ribeye and it, along with the sides, were all delicious. I hate paying for bland food, and you'll find none of that here. Everything was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. No soggy, overcooked veggies here! Well worth stopping by here at least once if you are in or near the area.

Best Steakhouse in Town that's how the restaurant was advertised to us! And the steaks were delicious, great roasted flavors, but you have to make a reservation or wait! Rentons #1 treasure. Such an incredible place. Simple, classic, and timeless. The menu is always planned to perfection. Service is top notch. We will often drive hours from our home to go to Melrose. Restaurant we always wanted to try. Service was great. Good steaks. Seafood, no. Lobster was old ? breaking down, with a hint odor of old seafood, not stored properly maybe? It 's a steakhouse so maybe we should have stuck with steak. Desserts were good. We will not return.

Best Steakhouse in Seattle area. John Howie, Met Grill, Daniels...got nothing on this place. No views, much less pretentious (reflected in pricing to boot) Prep and presentation are A-1 Top Shelf. Been to all the above, Melrose is IT!!

Excellent food and outstanding service! There was a misunderstanding with our reservation, but Jason went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 9. It’s a must do when we’re in Seattle.

Incredible restaurant. Amazing cocktails, jaw-dropping food, and fabulous staff. We got lucky to get a table without a reservation, but DANG. I will not roll the dice again. What a spot! Reserva una mesa ahora

We had a fabulous experience came out from San Diego for a little getaway and the service was impressive May was awesome and not to mention the food was absolutely amazingly delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. Love the Ribeye cooked just right! The neighborhood is also very walkable.
