Ok take this rating however you like I just want to qualify this by saying I AM on day 11 of a 12-day road trip in which I have not had much good (or even real) food 90% of this trip so it could have increased my rating but I don't think so. That being said I am from Philly and know a good sandwich. I ordered take out on a Thurs night about an hr before closing. Food was ready in 30 mins and everything was there, food was hot and hostess was nice. First two stars for that right there. if they love cheese, they will love this place! Beautiful open, relaxed environment and the local based rock and roll theme is a sweet bonus. service was amazing, the price is suitable for the ingenious eating that they will get. everything you get from apps to a full grilled cheese is sure to please! and they can also get a beer or a beautiful cocktail! I try to make it here definitiv when I'm in town, and it's a visit to my extra-city guests at their visit!

For a Saturday night, we got seated pretty quickly. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time. The server was awesome! But the food was a bit lacking. The spinach and artichoke dip starter lacked a bit of flavor and the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese was a little over powering with the blue cheese. All in all I would still come back to try again! Vegetarian options: Alot of the menu item had vegetarian or vegan options.

I absolutely loved it! The experience was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. He recommended the mac and cheese bites, and they were honestly the best I've ever had! If you're a fan of grilled cheese, this is definitely the place to be! The food and service were fantastic! I tried the mushrooms and sweet melt with gluten-free bread and vegan mozzarella, and it was delicious! It would be helpful to see gluten-free items clearly labeled, as there were many vegan and vegetarian options, making it a bit challenging to identify which ones were gluten-free.

The Melt lived up to the hype. The food was full of flavor served in a generous portion. The onion dip was a great way to start the evening. The classic Cleveland Cheese steakwas amazing. The chicken parm sandwich was very good and served in a giant bun. The service was quick and attentive. We will be back!

We sat at the bar, and the bartender, Megan, was fantastic. The draft beer selection was impressive. I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich along with a cup of Buffalo Chicken soup, while my wife had the Mushroom Melt and a cup of Chili. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We can't wait to return!

It's pretty pricey, but the service is great and the food is tasty, plus the portions are very generous. At times food can be slow to come out of the kitchen, but everything is hot and fresh and the taste is on point. Wait times to be seated are not ridiculous like at other restaurants. The chicken and waffle sandwich is simply incredible—there are no words to fully describe how amazing it is! The service was excellent, and the overall experience was delightful. I enjoyed the food immensely and will definitely be returning!
