I just call it like I see it and I honestly I don?t know why this place is so highly rated. First, we asked for a sample and there was hair on the spoon? first sign we should have left. We then order two scoop sundaes and it was more like one scoop and they only cover half the cup with whip cream and hot fudge. Ice cream flavors were inventive and sounded good but turned out to be ok. Much better ice cream places close by.

Good ice cream, unique flavors, decent price, clean shop and friendly service. I definitely recommend coming here and skipping Maria's Sweet Somethings as Marias lacks the sweet part, they're just rude.

Usually have about 20 flavor options. All are very well done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high but they use quality local ingredients, so the price makes sense.

Amazing ice cream Everyone that goes always comes off except the best in Salem. It's always busy so be prepared to wait but it's worth it. Super cozy.
