Great coffee and all the sweets are amazing. Service is another story. I’ve dined in multiple times busy and totally empty on a Monday and they always take forever to make two coffees for my wife and I. The cooks making the sweets do a fantastic job making out food fresh and fast. It ruins the whole experience though when your fresh warm dessert is getting cold while we wait for our beverage to enjoy with our dessert. Only at this location this happens to me so I will not be returning here anymore. I work in the service industry and it’s unacceptable.Kid-friendliness: Great for families with children.

What truly elevated the experience was the charming rooftop seating on the upper level. The view and ambiance were stunning, providing an ideal atmosphere for a lovely evening out. For those who prefer a cozier setting, they also have comfortable indoor seating available. However, what really sets Melt N Dip apart is their exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making your visit unforgettable. With a wonderful selection of desserts, a beautiful setting, and outstanding service, Melt N Dip is a must-visit dessert destination in Bridgeview. Don’t miss it!

The upstairs seating area is charming. I had a lovely dining experience, with the cost ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally excellent, also rated a 5. The atmosphere is delightful, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the Triple Chocolate Crepe, Eclair Pyramid, Chocolate Fondue, Lotus Crepe, Red Velvet Fettuccine, Lava Cake, Melt N Dip Crepe, Melt N Dip Waffle, Arabic Pistachio Ice Cream, as well as the fruit and cake.

Melt Dip is a clean and beautifully decorated restaurant. The dessert we ordered, the Kannafa Waffles Cup (#22 in the picture), was absolutely delicious! They also have a small prayer area in the back, and the restrooms were nice and clean. I can't wait to visit again!

The best crepe place in Chicago! They offer excellent service and delightful desserts. If you're in the mood for something delicious, don't hesitate to visit Melt-n-Dip. They have a wide variety of options, and everything I've tried there has been fantastic!

My Son Brought Me Here For Mother's Day,It Was So Delish! Definitely Would Be Back Here Again! Bit Pricey But Its Good, Mouth dropping ? And Staff AND Atmosphere Was Great! VANILLA GELATO HEAVENLY!
