I hate writing negative reviews but I feel obligated to leave one for the sake of anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions who is interested in dining here. I have celiacs, which is an immune deficiency triggered by gluten (wheat). My family chose this restaurant because they are known to be very accommodating for dietary restrictions and we made them aware of my restrictions when making the reservation. There was an item on the menu labeled as gluten free that I was interested in and upon ordering our food, I was notified that the menu was incorrect and that some items labeled as gluten free are actually not gluten free. The staff kicked us out and we were made to feel so unwelcome. A group of four on a Friday, we made a reservation and arrived on time. We ordered a round of drinks, ordered an appetizer, ordered another round of drinks, ordered four entrees, ordered two more drinks, two desserts, two more drinks, and while I was still chewing the waitress told us we had to leave because another table was coming in. Our server, Evan L., exuded warmth and professionalism, effortlessly navigating our playful banter about the absence of Diet Coke. I am so glad we decided on this place for lunch during a decent trip to Beacon everything about it was great. We sat in the outside heated tent which was actually quite pleasant and perfect. Our server Laura was amazing and I am so glad we listened to her and got the pretzel bites because they were delicious! I also got the steak sandwich which was perfect it was a great melt in your mouth combination that I'd highly recommend. They also get bonus points for having a vast and comprehensive beer list. Been a bunch of times , food is great, excellent beer selection, attentive and pleasant service.
