Memphis Coffee - Reservar una mesa

We came on a Tuesday holiday. (after a disappointment of a first coming a few months ago I thought that the staff had to change ) certify, it was 22:15, the restaurant was no longer at 22:30. I wonder if it's possible to eat the waitress told us yes, she installs us and tells us; But I'm taking your order now. we tell her okay (I think I can even take a look at the map) but she's staying at the table waiting for our order. So I felt like I'd been pushing and I didn't really pray what I wanted. We'll get the dishes, tuna salad and fake net, good meat, good salad, then I took a bunny way lost bread, which was very good but dry. Too bad we'll be pushed back, because I'd have liked to taste other dishes. I've never eaten so fast in a restaurant! We're not coming back.

This was ok for a quick stop over meal. We were driving back to Calais so didn't want to go far. The building is new, bit cheesy with all the decor, but it was very clean and tidy. The menu is very meaty...with limited veggie options, so had a standard verggie burger. My friend had a burger and said it was good. Service was good and staff were very pleasant , thanks Barbara : . We would stop here again.

Have eaten well, good burgers! On the other hand, very long service (1h20 for an ordinary menu), you feel that the team is going on the legs "it's your table, it's not mine", where can it be a lack of coordination and collaborative spirit that delays the smooth running of the service?

the restaurant is shining, the servers are very kind and the service is rather fast. The dishes are really delicious, we are taken into American culture, it's great.
