The service was decent—not particularly warm, but also not unfriendly. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs often felt sticky and unclean. With a busy clientele that includes families with young children, I think the staff could do a better job of cleaning up promptly after guests leave. On the bright side, I'm delighted that they offer yogurt sweetened with monk fruit instead of Splenda, since I avoid both sugar and artificial sweeteners. While I would love to see a wider selection of flavors, I'm grateful that at least one option is available. This is a lovely yogurt shop that we visit frequently. They offer a wide variety of toppings and a fantastic selection of frozen yogurts—did I mention their toppings are amazing? The customer service has always been excellent, the space is not usually crowded, and it always appears to be quite clean. It's a great place for families, as they have games and a chalkboard to keep the kids entertained.

Even my 5-year-old son was frightened by her and quietly said to me, "Mama, I want to go to a different yogurt place." This was around 2 PM today.
This place is generally good with their fruit, but occasionally they have some that isn't fresh. On Friday, April 22, 2022, the pineapple was quite bad. I recommend trying the fruit first during your next visit. However, the ice cream is consistently great!

Quality is terrible. They literally have canned peaches and canned pineapple chunks as a topping. Customer service sucks. No samples. I will stick to yogurtland and drive a little further.
The food is regularly well prepared and delightful, cashiers gives excellent service. I love how clean it is and character. Will visit here again.
Always consistent in quality with new tastes being introduced while keeping classics like my own favourite-Plain Tart—-always around.
