For a quick food I loved the peruvian steak sandwich. It was the right amont of spice. A bit small but perfect for a light meal.my wife ordered Avocado Quinta Ensalada and she liked it.We end up cleaning our table. When you tip at a pick up food station you expect the tables are clean at the minimum. All the Napkin boxes were also empty so we had to walk back to register to ask for some.
First time ordering at Mendocino, I got super excited and I ordered a Mama Chen chicken salad. $15 bucks but ok whateva. Wanted to treat myself to a good salad. I ordered there, picked it up, came back to my office to find out that there was no chicken!!! In my chicken salad!!! I legit paid $15bucks for lettuce. Super disappointed, i dun want it ever again.
While I was eating my food, the manager Donny walked up to me and asked me if I berated his staff after they messed up my order. He was aggressive and I have filed a complaint with the corporate office.
The food at Mendo is delicious as always, but the staff here at this little location go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Donny, and other's whose names I can't remeber (sorry! are always great! Reserva una mesa ahora
The 5 stars was for Donny the store manager, who was extremely patient and helpful when something went wrong with our order. Excellent customer service, couldn't ask for more, he made our day.
Always great. Lower score for atmosphere, but it's in a Whole Foods so that really isn't their fault.
