A must-see gourmet break in the splendid Aldudes landscape! Authentic cuisine of the Basque Country with local products: Banca trout, sheep cheese and much more! Not to mention the omelette with cèpes, tasteful and baveuse and homemade desserts! Anyway, a treat!
