Meraki Roasting Company

I loved the space, the art and furniture, appreciated the concept and found the girl behind the counter to be discouragement. I wish she had been a bit more friendly or personable and I think they would benefit from a somewhat larger or more diverse menu, but of course that complexity and costs.

I was in search of a small roasting company that was doing good work in the community and, hopefully, making great coffee. I found both with Meraki. Ordered the Mighty Mississippi whole bean and it is full-bodied, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. You can add me in as a loyal customer.

Honestly, an amazing place Cappuccino was great. The book leaving a book program is fantastic. Quiet good service, even some board games to play with friends.

Very good cappuccino and friendly service! They did not participate, but they sell Cybress Bread Co Croissants and they are incredible!

Delicious cappuccino. You need to try something from the menu of The Houndog Mule if available sensitive but robust meat cake).
