Merci - Reservar una mesa

Merci is located at the entrance to the Lago Center. Some of the offering on the menu consists of wraps, pasta, beef, fish, salads, burgers, beer, wine and desserts. The atmosphere is nice with floor to ceiling windows with a view out to the sidewalk tables and the masses coming and going to the Lago Center. The place seems to have a nice, relaxed designed environment. Plastic flowers decorate most of the tables and counter and the seating is plastic chairs and/or synthetic covered seats or benches. I opted for the burger with fries (9.90€ and a beverage. A ketchup bottle is brought out to the table. The burger was ok with lettuce, tomato, sauce and what seemed to be garlic powder mixed in the burger patty. The fries were just terrible. If this is the best you can offer for fries then simply take them off the menu! They were shoestring fries, brought out in a bowl and I could immediately tell they were greasy. A cup full of greasy, broken pieces of shoestring fries, what a disaster! While dining, I saw (through the kitchen a small deep fryer and two cans of food on the counter. In my opinion, I could only assume that the food in these cans were simply being poured out of the can and cooked or warmed up by the kitchen ‘chefs’. It certainly was not home cooked food. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The sidewalk seating is nice on a warm day, but don’t expect much from the food. I would not visit again.

Looks great from the outside, and the menu looked like it would suit adults and children. In my reasonable German I ordered for myself and my children. I tried to clarify with the waitress about whether a cheese/tomato dish was salad, I mistakenly ordered something I then realised was not what I was actually hoping for, and I asked to change one of my dishes about 90 seconds after I 'd ordered it... This apparently angered her so much that I dared to ask that she threw the menu at the bar on the way past to the kitchen didn 't return for over 5 minutes to tell me what food they would deign to bring me, when she did it was in the most appallingly rude way imaginable. The only reason I stayed was because my children had drinks and were happy. I attempted to complain but there was 'no manager ', only the manager 's son, who seemed nice enough but did nothing to help other than offer me a free coffee next time I come. There will be no next time.

I have eaten here many times and I found the food are nice. At first I was afraid the price would be quite high since it locates at Lago, but it is reasonable. The food is lovely.

A male waitress was with his attitude over the top, took the wrong order and had the courage to tell my friend I'm always right.. never again.

great food superb service this is one place where you cannot go wrong they know how to take good care of our taste buds must try
