An impressive lobby around which the hotel is built, the ceiling is 8 floors high. The rooms are spacious and bright, the tv is huge, the bathroom is very pleasant and there is plenty of room to store its business. There is always good tea deposited in the room, and the hotel is perfectly soundproofed. We feel very comfortable in this hotel, and as in all the Accor we are always very welcome. I forgot something leaving my room the last time, and the team immediately responded to my email, and found my object. The only black spot in the hotel, the restaurant manager in the evening is extremely unpleasant. He's continuing his cash while you're waiting at the bar, pretending not to see you. It’...
The restaurant was not good. I attended 50 guests dinnerparty. The food was no hurray, the service was really bad. The waiter did not know any thing about the wines, did not even know there was a wine list, some of the guests did not get their wine until after finishing the main course. The vegeterian (1 person) did not get anything instead of the chicken, the others got, only plain rice and tagliatelle, not even a sauce. 1 extra person attended the party, it was not very welcomed by the waiters. We could not check in at 15.00 as said and some could not check in until 17.00.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a business trip in France. Overall the hotel is pretty average at best. The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover with cracks in the walls, very old furniture. The location is also pretty average. Reception asked for a €20 Euro deposit for a UK to French adaptor which didn’t even work. The staff at reception are ok, some very polite and some pretty Awkward at best. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again and I personally wouldn’t recommend it for the price tag.
The hotel is old and extremely dirty! The windows are going into the hotel (no day light). The cleaning is nearly not existing (everywhere dirt and hairs). Good view of Eiffel tower from the bedroom window but bedroom not very large; inadequate toiletries in the bathroom and the breakfast was lacking in choice of hot food and not fresh fruit only tinned. Quite near to the metro plus a handy Carrefour market also reasonably near.
