I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a business trip in France. Overall the hotel is pretty average at best. The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover with cracks in the walls, very old furniture. The location is also pretty average. Reception asked for a €20 Euro deposit for a UK to French adaptor which didn’t even work. The staff at reception are ok, some very polite and some pretty Awkward at best. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again and I personally wouldn’t recommend it for the price tag.
The hotel is old and extremely dirty! The windows are going into the hotel (no day light). The cleaning is nearly not existing (everywhere dirt and hairs). The service of the hotel staff is unfriendly and far away from helpful. During the exhibitions they charge a ton of money for a hotel on the level of a bad youth hostels.
The food here is awful. Everyone at our table had a problem. 2 of us ordered medium cooked steak, it was over done. We sent it back and got a blue steak!! Still not medium!! It was served with 'THREE ' chips and 'THREE ' pieces of mangetout! Others on the table had cold dinners.
Good view of Eiffel tower from the bedroom window but bedroom not very large; inadequate toiletries in the bathroom and the breakfast was lacking in choice of hot food and not fresh fruit only tinned. Quite near to the metro plus a handy Carrefour market also reasonably near.
