FOOD ALLERGY SURVIVORS BEWARE! We made a reservation with the explicit note that my husband has a severe dairy allergy. The inclusion of dairy in dishes on the website is not indicated anywhere, nor are all the ingredients listed, but being a scratch kitchen, we assumed it could be accommodated no one called to let us know otherwise. We arrived for our reservation; we were seated, then after many trips by our server to the kitchen, and waiting for nearly an hour without being able even to order because the chef didn 't want to be troubled to figure out which dishes could be made without dairy, the server finally came back and said the only options were salad without cheese, the salmon entree...
