Great food and atmosphere. Some things could be adjusted. We waited quite some time at the door waiting to be seated. Once we were we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in the sunroom (we didn't realize there was a second room). It was lovely. The bathrooms are nice although they're in a cold part of the building and not labeled so you're not sure you're in the right place. That being said it was fun to watch people go in there confused. The brussel sprouts are like no other. Quite different but very good. I had the mushroom burger with fries that I thought were fresh cut, (they are not) and a side salad with their feta vinaigrette. The salad came with house vinaigrette and no fries. So...
I started with the beef tenderloin carpaccio as an appetizer, and it was fantastic. So tender it practically melted in my mouth, accompanied by a bit of salad and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. The drizzle of balsamic vinegar added a wonderful burst of flavor to the dish.
My wife ordered the Almost Caesar salad, which was also exceptional. For our main course, we couldn't resist the M Paella, and it was out of this world! Make sure to ask for some of their delicious rustic bread to soak up the amazing broth it was served in.

The restaurant is managed by the experienced Andrea Schmitt, who expertly handles reservations, hires exceptional staff, and oversees the preparation and presentation of her talented chef's wonderful and frequently changing menu. There's a covered outdoor dining area that welcomes dogs, a cozy dining room with about eight tables, and a spacious bar area near the entrance. The decor is understated yet elegant, and the service staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend making reservations.

The trout was excellent but when I ordered an old fashioned it came out looking like a dirty orange juice. When I tried to explain to the bartender instead of being polite about it they were quite rude and I figured I would order a simple beam andGinger. To my surprise it was $14 a glass to make up for the old fashioned that was made very wrong. Definitely would recommendother restaurants in this area. This bistro is not good for customer service.

Absolutely delightful! I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Additionally, the food and drinks were on point—delicious and comparable to some of the best meals we've had during our travels. I would definitely return!
