Heard lots about this place and had to come over to the island for something so we decided to try it out. Funny that we came to 'Pancake House ' and neither one of us got pancakes. We both liked it. Shannon 's only complaint was that it was too much food (and she got the small Breakfast). Now, they tell you up front (literally told us when we were seated and found out it as our first time) 'You must come hungry '. Mine was Country Fried Steak, one of my favorite Breakfast foods. This was a real steak, center cut and tenderized. Had to cut with a knife. Used to steak that is more steak patty. It was very good. My only complaint would be that the gravy was very peppery. This restaurant is fantastic! I’ve lived on Merritt Island for nearly 30 years, and breakfast is my favorite meal, so I can confidently say this place serves an excellent breakfast. They offer a vast array of pancake combinations, each more delightful than the last, with unique and enticing aromas. My father has a severe peanut allergy, and the staff was incredibly attentive, patiently answering his questions and taking the necessary precautions by using a separate cooking station. They handled everything in a friendly and considerate manner. My parents chatted with the owner for a few minutes, and she was wonderful and personable. You truly feel like family here, and the food is outstanding...

The open face ham and cheese omelette on sweet rolls topped with hollandaise is INCREDIBLE.. now just swap out the ham for some snow crab would be perfect... it was so much food I couldn’t finish the potatoes.. will definitely come back and Chase was awesome and the owners were cool came over and asked how everything was.. good place to eat highly recommend Reserva una mesa ahora
Better then IHOP, Waffle House, Cracker Fass and any other breakfast place in Brevard. They do not receive the amount of food for the prices they charge. Servings are huge! Prices are cheap! My waitress had a friendly demeanor. I'll be back. Pancakes are my favorite breakfast meal next to Corn Muffins! Nice place Kelly and Steve!
