The hamburgers were as fresh as advertised. They were delicious, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. We decided to upgrade our meals to combination dinners, which included french fries and a drink for one, and onion rings with a drink for the other, with a slight extra charge. The food was prepared quickly and served hot. I especially enjoyed the flavor of their onion rings. The outdoor patio is currently undergoing renovations, and the railings have all been removed. Although the tables were still available for seating outside, we chose to dine indoors. The interior could use some updating, but they have freshened it up by painting over the paneling.
This place was pretty good. 2 of us ate for roughly $30. Fresh cut fries. Loved that they weren 't frozen crinkle. It is an eat in restaurant, but just enough to be a restaurant and not an order at the counter type. Bathroom was really nice, seemed clean, hard to tell with the lighting though, it 's incredibly dim. I had a burger. Husband had a chicken sandwich. We were both happy with our food. The orders were correct. Limited drink selections. Would not be an every week meal, but we would certainly go back. Glad they are open on Saturdays now. They were pretty busy while I was there, but not too busy! Also have outdoor seating!
They need to have a phone number to call your order in. It takes much too long to do an online order. I realize they have customers that just walk in , but if they are that busy with them , then just let the callers call back. It doesn't make sense to have 3 tables with people and then 20 people that do not want to go to the trouble of ordering online. They are losing so much business because there are so many more people who order to go if they could just call it in on their phone on the way home from work.
