I feel like Meso Maya has declined over time. We went looking for a good birthday dinner, instead we got a weak drink, wrong order and overall value was just poor. The signature drink they promoted didn't have any tequila in it. The guacamole and queso that we ordered, the queso had chunks of cheese in it and wasn't hot enough. Our dinner was also incorrect as the sides we ordered weren't taken into account. The waiter walked past us multiple times without checking in on how things were going. Then of course the bill came and the value was no better than Taco Casa.
Meso Maya is an amazing find in Dallas! The food special and delicious with a Mexico City inspiration versus Tex Mex. I love this place. I always take friends here because you can actually talk with each other, hear each other and not have to yell. : Bonus, bonus is that the food is excellent, healthy and tasty. And the portions are sizable easy to share any dish. The table and bar service are some of the best in town. Enjoy!
Our server was outstanding! We were celebrating my daughter‘s birthday, and he brought out a warm chocolate cake with a candle for her. The food is always good here. High-quality and reasonably priced. I noted to my husband how amazing the service was from beginning to end.
Great, varied menu with something for everyone. Great brunch options as well as a full menu. Service was excellent and prices are on-par for the level of food and service. Delightful cocktails, as well. What's not to like?

We love Meso Maya!! The interior of location is a beautiful setting and our server was very attentive. Food is consistently delicious at the two Meso Mayas we have visited. We will be back!
