No tuve el placer de conocer al dueño grosero que le dijo a mi hijo, cuando fue a pedir un helado, que no tocaría sus huevos. ¿Qué tipo de profesional trata así a un chico de 13 años? Es una vergüenza como profesional para la industria de la hostelería de Cihuri. Si no puedes atender adecuadamente porque estás abrumado, no aceptes el servicio; ahí es donde se demuestra el verdadero profesionalismo. ¿Qué clase de respuesta es esa de un profesional de la hostelería? Me pongo al nivel de un niño de 13 años que tiene toda una vida por delante para aprender, y eso es algo que tú, como adulto y profesional, deberías saber....

I was here last night with some friends. There were many of us (about 50 and they told us when we ordered (hamburgers, pizzas, sandwiches... that they were at full capacity and would take a long time. What I never imagined is that it was literally 3 hours of waiting. We ordered at 9:00 p.m. and ate dinner the next day. I think that if they were not capable of providing a proper service, they simply had to have told us that they could not. But of course, 500 euros of unexpected cash are very sweet.
