Excellent omelets! The only downside is that they're not widely available; I could only find them in one place. I brought back 30 packages to Chicago, but there were no more left. They surpass the Moroccan tortillas from the valley—truly the best. The mezquite tortillas are fantastic, and they are definitely on the right track. Original and truly delicious tortillas!
