I was there for the first time. The food is fine, but not special. Otherwise it is lacking in the restaurant to put others. e.g. There was no reception, we had to talk to someone and ask for a table. It should be different in a restaurant. But the worst thing I found was that the walls, heating thermostats and wooden beams are dirty. With a damp napkin, I easily got the old nicotine from the wall. It is not allowed to smoke in the restaurant, which indicates how long it has been cleansed superficially. I do not recommend it.
The Greek restaurant Metaxa in Laatzen has been completely revamped for some time. Since then it has not been recognized. It is tastefully decorated, even the dishes are new. Also the terrace is newly styled and when the weather allows you to sit outside and enjoy the Greek flair. In short, it is a great modern ambience with still delicious dishes that are not overwhelmed and in a good price/performance ratio.
Diesen Griechen gibt es glaube ich seit dreißig Jahren und ich komme immer wieder gerne her. Nicht stylisch eher rustikal, immer gutes Essen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, große Portionen. Eine kleine Pension ist auch and Haus angeschlossen. Gehört zu Laatzen!
Volle Teller ,aber manchmal wäre weniger etwas mehr, z.b. mit besserem Fleisch. Restaurant ist am Wochenende zum Mittagessen gut besucht. Der Service ist jedoch, bis auf den Patron, eher desinteressiert, die Lage nicht einladend.

Richtig guter Grieche geschmacklich gut und mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungs Verhaeltnis. Grosse Terrasse auf der man wirklich gut auch draussen essen kann, Bedienung flott und freundlich. Hier gibt es absolut nix zu meckern.

Klassischer "Grieche", gutes Essen, Preis-Leistung sehr gut, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und Service eher durchschnittlich
