Metro Diner - Reservar una mesa

This restaurant in Jacksonville is one of the best places to eat. They are open for breakfast and lunch from 7am to 2pm. The food is amazing and I first heard about it from my co-workers, and then saw it featured on Guy's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The restaurant is small with booths and a few tables in the middle, so be prepared to wait. Even arriving before 11am, we still had to wait about 15-20 minutes, but it was worth it. The prices are reasonable but portions are large, so come hungry. I shared a meal with my 3-year-old and still had plenty to take home in a leftover box. a trip to jax is incomplete without stopping at the metro diner. this location is the original and while it can be revitalized and loud, the food supplies to a great wise. our server (alex) was above all, even if it seemed, they sat all the tables in their section at once. (remember the lack of Radish?s)

The best breakfast you can get is not with grandmothers. Friendly staff, delicious food. Portions are huge. We stop any chance we get here.

our server hannah was a shady beautiful recommendation to add the earthy butter in the Croissant-French toast. that was just eating.
