I discovered Alfredos Christmas day of 2020. I had just moved to Oceanside and my family was visiting and we were looking for some solid Mexican food. Our expectations were blown away by the quality of food but even more importantly the kindness of the staff. Since then I've gotten to know Gustavo and come at least one a week for enchiladas, burritos, chile rellenos.... I literally crave this place but just to see him and Alex..is also a delight. Is there a way to add a tip line to the credit card transaction program? I always want to tip but sometimes forget cash...I want to tip even more because they don't expect it!!! Love this place!
You can?t go wrong with the beach and when it come to cravings everyone loves tacos. So we figured why not! Let?s taste some local flavor and see if the buzz is buzzing toward the right kind of food. We ordered our so cal favorites: chicken quesadilla, rolled tacos, carne sada burrito and chimichanga beef. Out of all the selection the chicken quesadilla and the carne was the best. I came in with four friends and ordered standard tacos and burritos. The line started to build up behind us so the cook/cashier took everyone?s orders and proceeded to make their food first since they only ordered one thing. Had I ordered the platesindividually, he would have served us first but instead I watched him call several orders after us only because we had multiplethings. Wouldn?t recommend this place, there?s plenty of other good taco shops in the area.

I paid $18. For the smallest portioned meal I have ever ordered in my 46 years. You can get twice the portions for about $12. At any other mexican food restaurants in oceanside. I will never eat here again. Its sad that they feel the way to get ahead isover charging and under portioning.
I haven?t actually eaten here, but I just want to thank the employee who found/picked up my phone off the ground today! You?re awesome! We will definitely be coming back to try out the food! The menu looked very good!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and I ended up missing something important as well. I'm not impressed with this place, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered a California Burrito and a medium Horchata. The flour tortilla was delicious, almost as if it were homemade. Overall, it was a great experience.
All dishes tasted old and greasy and the beans s.elled sour and spoiled. The Lemoaid tasted like canal water. The owner should repay my money!
