Mexican Food Factory

This restaurant is conveniently located and features a large parking area. The staff members were very friendly and served our dishes promptly. Soon after placing our orders, we were served a generous portion of chips accompanied by two slightly spicy but delicious sauces, which we couldn’t stop munching on until our meals arrived. Both of the dishes we ordered were delightful, with fresh and crispy vegetables. My wife had a Mahi-mahi dish and was quite pleased with it. My only minor concern was that the waiter seated all guests in a single line, despite many empty tables in the restaurant, which didn't seem like a good idea during the pandemic. It made me feel a bit unsafe. Overall, however...

I have always liked the Food Factory's chimichanga but I changed it up a little bit this time. I still got the chimi but had their chorizo inside of it. The server said their chorizo is on the sweet side and cooked with potatoes. That turned out to be an excellent combination as the chimi was very tasty (of course I did add some hot sauce to raise the spice level! . Looks like I have a new favorite.

This restaurant is constantly bustling, with waits of around 20 minutes, which is a testament to its quality. Despite the crowd, the service is exceptional—quick and cheerful, and the staff never appears flustered. The food arrives promptly and is served piping hot. We've tried a large portion of the menu because we love this place, and it's consistently excellent. The margaritas are outstanding!

The food is absolutely delicious! I finally visited the Mexican Food Factory and really enjoyed it. The nachos and brisket tacos were fantastic. Just a heads-up: they do charge for the chips and salsa served when you first sit down. I noticed someone else mentioned it in their review, so I wasn't surprised. like ewww how gross. the food was blah plus i watched the manager berate a family in front of everyone and it really upset me. When a family goes out of their way to spend money at your restaurant they deserve service and respect. Times are tough right now this manager should not be one of the lucky ones to still have their job.

The best place!! we eat here like every other weekend. We always ask for our favorite waitresses Gabbie shes the best and so sweet! Everything is delicious here.
