Usually I would give 5 for these guys, but I ordered food to be picked up online at 8:40 because Google and their website said they close at 10. I placed the order and my card was charged, but a few minutes later I got an email that my order was canceled. Since I didn't know why it was canceled, I called to check. The problem I have is the lady who picked up. She wasn't nice to me when she answered and told me that my order was canceled because we had to close at 9 and clean the kitchen. I told her I didn't know they closed at 9 and she said, okay and hung up. I didn't tell her they were open all the way up to 10. I never command food from a place when I know they're closing, but in this cas...
The food was for me and my girlfriend. The cocktails were weak. The male waiter we had is very rude to leave us as soon as we finish eating, although the place is empty. Oh, and the waiter doesn't listen well to your orders. This is not the first time we had this same problem with this special servicer. My girlfriend usually likes to go to this restaurant, but with the lack of good service and cocktails always weaker with every visit load the same money that is the point. We spend almost $40 or more each time after we get out of the church and we are not satisfied with the service or food. For this reason, we stopped coming back to the same problem. This place has lost our business for good....
We were seated quickly, staff was friendly. Food came out quicker than we could finish appetizer, all it was delicious. We also loved the fried pineapple chimi for dessert- pineapple was actually cooked so the flavor was very nice! Restaurant was very clean and I appreciated that as others were coming in nobody was being seated directly next to each other, plus booths have high backs to divide the space. Definitely the nicest looking Mi Pueblo I've been in. The only off-putting thing was that the manager would hover around our table very much and often would do the waiters job just before he came. The waiter was doing a great job so it felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable.
I have eaten several times in this restaurant and location. I've seen it as one of my favorite restaurants since I moved to this area. The Californian burrito was terrible and dry. The chicken is definitely not the same. After he let the anger know that I didn't like it, he explained that I wasn't the only complaint about the chicken. Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely adore the charming interior of this restaurant! The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. They were offering $6 margaritas and $3 shots today, which was a fantastic deal. With its potential to become a popular hangout spot, this place is definitely worth checking out.
