As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed and seated at a table or booth, with a menu in hand. The walls are adorned with large, authentic Mexican artwork, creating a true Mexican ambiance. A generous serving of salsa and tortilla chips is brought to your table as you peruse the diverse menu options. They even offer my favorite Mexican drink, the Coronarita! The salsa and service at Mi Ranchito are top-notch! The salsa is fresh and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors like fresh cilantro. The warm chips are always a great start to a meal. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and have enjoyed many dishes here. The restaurant is always bustling with customers, yet the staff manages to keep up with the demand and provide excellent service. They offer specials on certain days of the week, and my favorite dishes include Mexican Chicken Soup, Taquitos, Tacos, and Chile Authentic. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate large parties, and even if there is a wait, it tends to move quickly.
We moved here from Texas recently. We searched for decent TexMex everywhere, and were about to give up, but then my professor suggested MI Ranchito. The food is good, the service is good (and fast). And, we can feed a family of 6 teens/adults, at dinner, for under $100 with tip!
This is currently our favorite Mexican restaurant that we have discovered. While I wouldn't give it a perfect five stars, the carnitas and fajitas were decent. The food may not be completely authentic, but it is more authentic than most other restaurants I have tried.

Oh my, it was packed at lunchtime. The food was great. The host did his thing when we were crunched for time. Happy Birthday lunch in an hour with Cuz Kimmmm, and food again was amazing and, in time, was back to work with a few min to spare...
Really good food!. All in point, tasty , presentation, atmosphere. Strawberry margarita was made fresh with real strawberry.
Best food ive ever eaten every time. The take away can sometimes be a little iffy but still always tastes great
Quick in and out typically. Good Tex Mex food. Order a better margarita instead of house.
