This place has been going downhill for years. They don’t have set prices, and there are no menus online. The only menu I found was from 2020 on their Instagram, and now they’re charging three times the price for the same items. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude. I called to place a pickup order for a small soup, and the person on the phone told me I had to order it in person. I tried to explain that my time is limited since I’d be coming on my lunch break, but she didn’t care and repeated that I had to order in person. The place offer good tasting food, unfortunately the service can’t match the food, but if you can overlook that, you for sure will have a good tasting meal, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL, specially if you are splitting it, we had the staff come 3 different times with the wrong amounts, so great tasting food, with ok service, they got free parking so give them a try with an open mind . spent too much money on food that was not packed properly, missing food items such as avocado from the Bandeja tipica and lacking seasoning. for such expensive prices I did not get a plate that was well portioned. utterly disappointed with the chefs, I would of thought a white person was working behind the scenes with how bad the food was.
