We typically dine in Abington, but decided to give Marshfield a try for my sister's birthday since we hadn't been there since the start of the Covid pandemic. We wanted the experience to be special. The food was outstanding - everything was served hot, with generous portions and a well-stocked salad. The drinks were also very good. Our waitress was excellent. The atmosphere in Marshfield was much larger and quieter compared to Abington, which we appreciated. While we still love Abington, it can be quite noisy when crowded. We highly recommend this restaurant, especially the veal dish.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The pasta and shrimp appetizer were overcooked and mushy, while the sausage cacciatore was dried out and served with soggy Angel hair pasta. Had a wonderful evening on the outdoor patio at this restaurant! The service was exceptional. I tried the seafood casserole and swordfish kabobs, both of which were delicious and plentiful. The prices were reasonable as well. The calamari as an appetizer was also very tasty.
The waitstaff was incredibly attentive throughout the entire evening. The restaurant had a spacious dining area with both indoor and outdoor fireplaces providing a cozy atmosphere. Many menu items were served hot, adding to the overall dining experience.
so many amazing gluten-free options for my man with celiac, the service is wonderful and the bartender never disappointed. they also have the best chicken picatta I ever had!
I had dinner and drinks at a high top bar table. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. I ordered the Fish and Chips.
