Have ordered multiple times as really enjoy the food so flavoursome and lovely however, tonight is the 3rd time our dansak has been missing its rice even though I left a note reminding! We pay £2.50 for delivery as is because in halstead but pay this because enjoy the food. However, the delay to then get the correct order because it is regular forgotten means we won't be ordering from here again as its too much hassle to fix. Last night it took 1hr 15 to get the rice that they missed in the first place, I could tell on the phone due to fact busy they didn't want to send replacement rice but if would have got correct in first place. Really disappointed with this take away this evening. Normally we have great food and great service. Today we ordered our normal dishes, when we picked them up, one curry was missing and the rest were cold and had very little meat in them. The restaurant did get the missing curry to us very quickly however this did not make up for the lack of quality and heat of the food. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again from them and it is such a shame their standards have slipped. We all had tinned tomato soup instead. It wasn't what we had planned but at least it was hot!!!!
Second time ordering and really impressed. Too many Indian takeaways are oily and with little discernable difference between the curries. Miah's is very fresh tastings and varied and you can actually taste the quality of the meat. Lamb balti jalfrezi is a particular favourite in our house (lovely big juicy and tender pieces of lamb, no chewy or gristly bits like in some takeaways).

Lovely presentation and delivered withing ETA Wasnt the best as a bit dry All the meat was dry and some of the chicken well over done so couldn't enjoy some it Arrived in plastic tubs; might have kept cooking the chicken? Rice and potatoes lovely Very accommodating and overall it was okay and would order again but would get something in sauce to prevent drying out the meat
Terrible food. First order and we ordered a set meal. Lamb bhuna was so over cooked and so was the chicken korma! Spicy poppadoms were undercooked! Awful food and will never be ordering from here again. I always order from balti nights as a rule but had a free delivery option on deliveroo. Lesson learnt
So ordered from this restaurant in the 14th (Valentine 's day) and was the worst experience I ever had. Burnt food, salad came in a bag, grilled king prawns looked more like a shrimp.. Top tip quantity is not quality huge portions but no quality. Desappointed . Will never buy from this place again.
Just had chicken biriaani chicken was hard and dry bombay potatoes was loverly awesome sauce same goes for the curry sauce.Garlic naam bread was very dry and tasteless.At £21 id say 6.5 out of 10.would order again but have a different main.

Absolutely delighted with our takeaway tonight, food arrived 30 minutes after ordering it, and it was piping hot. And lovely and fresh too. We have never eaten from this takeaway but it will now be the one I use all the time from now on.
