what a pleasure to eat here. between us we had beet and flower soup, the salat plate (which was a necessary part of the meal) made of salat with a beautiful dressing, surgical mushroom and lynge vegetables, rice with a...oh so good curry sauce, salmon and a sweet red wine and later coffee and pantancotta filled with a sauce. did I just say and excellent? but making it all the better was damien, totally excited to share it with friends and new friends. he loved to present and talk about eating and to know about us (either as a packed house). he even sang quietly to the music while cooking and serving. we never rate a place, but every aspect of this experience was perfect.
