Hidden Gem!! Been wanting to check this place out for a while now. I?m originally from Miami and i know what authentic Cuban and Nicaraguan cuisine is. They nailed it! Tastes just like home. We ordered the Vaca Frita and Lechon with congris and maduro. The coffee was great and the pastelitos were warm and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. Server was knowledgeable and warm. Spoke to the owners for a while and they?re a very nice couple that took the time to explain the history of the nacatamal to my girlfriend and I. We left there on cloud nine and I?m so happy I found this place. Got a taste from home in NC now. I?ll be coming back often and letting everyone else know about it too.

11/10 sandwiches wraps. We've lived near their Denver location for about 3 years always wanted to stop in.. we finally did it was love at first bite. Been there every day since highly recommend!! Miami fusion cafe has a homey feeling. Very friendly place. The smell in there is amazing. Not only are there plenty of options but the sandwich was delicious. Definitely going again. The sandwich was juicy with a warm crispy bread. Also the fries tasted homemade. One of the best fries I've ever had!

Gus and Josh gave me and my wife amazing service. The food was authentic, the bahama mama was perfect and everything came out in a timely matter. Will be coming here every time i visit Charlotte. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lunch at Miami Fusion Cafe was very good. Our server, Hanna, was very pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions. The Cuban sandwich was delicious. I enjoyed trying the yuca cheese bites. Delicious!
