Disgusting employees, for starters a pizza place that’s not Italian is the first mistake. A delivery driver delivered my food elsewhere then picked it back up and bought it to me cold and my soda and garlic knots weren’t included. I had to wait til the next morning to call and they are just so nasty ! A Hispanic man w a heavy accent said “the boss don’t wanna refund I’ll bring you more pizza in 1 hour bye” and hung up. 3 hours later I went up there and asked for my refund and got some girl w some attitude talking about “we called you last night” only the cashier speaks English and I wasn’t leaving until I got my money. Yeah I think they must’ve changed owners or something cause the past 2 times I’ve ordered from them was actually ridiculously bad. Both food price. Just yesterday I ordered a salad 5 wings paid exactly $30. The salad was old lettuce(brown, soggy warm), the chicken was grey like it was out for days. The wings were just terrible they didn’t even put the Buffalo sauce. They put it on the side. it didn’t matter because both tasted terrible. The blue cheese had to be a joke because it was CHUNKS of cheese. it tasted SOUR !! Before that I ordered a beef patty it was BURNT LIKE CHARCOAL there was no way of biting into it. The food was unremarkable—just average, really. However, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. My brother and I went there for pizza, but it felt eerily quiet inside, almost like a graveyard. The staff at the counter seemed to be uninterested in our presence, and there was no music or conversation among the three employees, who honestly looked like they might not get along. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up asking for to-go boxes halfway through our meal and ate in my car while listening to Taylor Swift on the radio.
My wife called to check if they had artichoke and spinach slices available. They said no but offered to make a whole pie so she could have a slice for about $6. We were told to come in 20 minutes. I arrived exactly on time, but the pie had never been made. There was no explanation for the oversight. The slices they did have looked old and unappetizing. I recommend going to Galleria Pizza on Merrick Ave instead; they consistently serve great pizza.

0.5 went in to check the place out ordered two plane pizzas. The pizza was horrendous paper thin. The cheese was poor quality and just was hanging onto the pizza for dear life. Now moving onto the sauce, horrible texture left a metallic taste in my mouth as if it were out of a can. Overall horrible pizza and pice point was also high for such a sad slice I usually love pizza but today it’s a pass.
Absolutely horrible service. would not recommend it. ordered some food. was told it out be about 30 minutes. this place is only 5 minutes away from my house. long story short, i received my order 2 hrs later, cold. only reason we accepted the delivery is because my wife was starving. had to heat the pizza in our oven.
The new ownership has really messed this place up. It was much better in the past. The current owner has an accent that's harder to understand than old ricotta. My suggestion? Look for a truly authentic Italian restaurant instead.
Their pizza is ok but their baked ziti was terrible.Sauce and cheese both tasted spoiled.Calzone was another disaster,undercooked,mostly putrid ricotta cheese.
