Went to this bar with my mom, she had good things to say before going inside, comes here on a regular. Surprised to see only men in this bar but not after meeting the bartender. Stephanie was so rude when asking about their happy hour drinks, she asked to see my ID, I didn 't have it due to taking it out of my work bag dis morning. I showed her pictures of my ID which was scanned. She said she needs a physical card, I said okay no problem, I didn 't care about drinking anyways, my mom said I swear she took it out of her bag dis morning I asked my mom not to say anything but being the woman she is (outgoing and speak what comes to her mind). This joint is SO LOCAL and small city feeling. Only the reason I draw out a star is that it is hard not to feel here if you are not regular. On Thursday staged and it was sung with a strange karaoke karaoke open mic night (it seemed only to sing friends of the bar, and they had a performance on the run.) Don't get me wrong. Service was very friendly and friendly and good. It's just the mood to go here as an outcast (which I really didn't grow up here, I was just a long time away and the whole place turned around) is a bit unpleasant. So being a traveler to the Area and riding solo, got to meet the owner outside the establishment. The energy she personally is also reflective at Michaels. Friendly place with a good vibe with a lot of character. Music, hanging out and laughing to go along with good drinks and food. Who can ask for anything better, oh I forgot the owner an staff bring the place over the top. Today being National Dive Bar day, this one gets a big shoutout

Great friendly place. I didn't get food, but the bar service was great. These girls really have it. Band was totally amazing. Was packed, but didn't feel crowded. Service: 5/5

Staff are GREAT along with GREATER food. A MUST STOP if you're in the area.
