I regret to say that my experience with Antonio's Pizza has been consistently disappointing, both in terms of their food quality their abysmal customer service. After a previous order mishap where my pizza was delivered wrong and cold, I decided to give them another chance when the manager promised me a free pizza for the inconvenience. When I called the place to order tonight 7/8/23, I explained the situation and hoped to redeem the promised free pizza. I love Antonio 's Pizza. Been coming here for years. When they were on Midland Ave and I was working near them, I was always there at least once a week with orders for myself and my co-workers. They were a life saver during the pandemic. I was able to get delicious food delivered right to my door. Their salads are enormous as is the large pizza. I always have leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. When I 'm feeling sick, I order my special, 'make me feel better ' calzone, that I ask them to stuff with garlic!
