The Parmentier hatch was very good. Good purée good stuffing. Not dry at all. A little too salty. Very well composed vegetable plate Good chocolate mousse. A little too sweet but it’s my taste. Good white cheese. The portions are huge!! Only negative, noise, but it’s part of the hotel’s bistro atmosphere.

The years pass and the Michelet remains an institution in Boulogne! A must when you want to eat perfectly cooked traditional dishes. Very generous quantities at more than honest prices! My favorite dish: chicken cassolette and snails! Unbelievable.
