Been here before and never had any problems, however this time I came around and asked for a chamoyada but they blended it up making it like a soup like consistency. I’ve had nieves and chamoyadas etc. before and I know what it’s supposed to look like. They made the chamoyada wrong and didn’t want to admit that, plus blaming us as customers saying we ordered it that way. How? They made my friend’s order again and still ended up looking like SOUP!!! My friend and I asked for a chamoyada, even asked if they could not blend it and they refused! Bad service, I am a frequent customer there and I do it because we like what they sell but the two old employees they have do not have a bit of charisma to sell.. I feel like I come to beg for alms... Not only do they double the taxes on the price. But today was the last straw I asked for a prepared cucumber and this was what they gave me... What a bad thing, instead of improving the fact that they are already popular, they make things worse. They didn't even open the cucumbers and they put at least 5 fixes on it, for what it's worth it's a big scam...
The people who work here are very rude. There are ways to treat people and they don't know how. Instead of starting to argue with the client that they are wrong because they cannot help solve the problem and yet they made me pay for something that I did not want, that is why I am writing this review. An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. This is a nice Latin Ice Cream Shop. Many different types of unique flavors. Frozen Popsicles as well. Clean facilities. Nice staff. On the expensive side so being your credit cards .
