Edit 12/13/24- 1 week later and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I filled out the online contact/complaint form I'm still waiting THEE WORST MID ATLANTIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I usually go to the New Carrollton location have never had an issue. The food at the District Heights location was AWFUL! I wasted $23 on a crab cake sandwich that tasted sour, ice cold broccoli cheese some potatoes. The only part of the meal that was edible was the potatoes. I've had MANY crab cakes from the New Carrollton location always had pieces of lump crabmeat in the cake they were delicious! The one I got today was some kind of chopped up meat that didn't taste or look like what I usually get from the other...
I ordered a porgy dinner and the fish was not fresh. I did call to complain, however they share its fresh. I'm a seafood lover and from NC I know when fish is fresh or not. I will not be patronizing them again. I will stay with the one in New Carrolton food always good! Editing my review. This morning 12/30 I found hair stuck in my fish. See photo. My hair is braided so it definitely not mine. This means they are not using nets in the kitchen. I think I will contact the health department to do a check on them. This is unacceptable!

Laurel and Queens Chapel/Hyattsville are better locations. Their mac is real, not kraft. Never in my life seen orange mac n cheese til now. With what I paid, I'm insulted. Never again!
