He then informed us that if we wanted to order, we needed to get up and go to the register ourselves. The pizza we ordered had to be remade because the oven hadn’t been cleaned the night before. The first attempt was burnt, and the second was missing toppings. Instead of remaking it properly, they just added the missing toppings on top of the already cooked pizza. Unfortunately, we received yet another burnt pizza.
At this point, we were extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the young man's service. He seemed disinterested in his job and frequently took deep breaths as other customers entered, giving off a negative vibe. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone; it was a poor exper...
The staff is friendly and the food is fairly decent, but the management is absolutely terrible! They list items on the menu that they don't actually have. For instance, I wanted gelato, and they told me it wasn't available—so why is it on the menu? Additionally, the management leaves much to be desired. My aunt had to get up to fetch plates and napkins herself when the waiter should have brought them to us, especially since we were sharing our food family-style. Why should we have to get up to get our own utensils and plates? I won't be returning; the way things are managed simply isn't worth it.
Tried From the Garden pizza, pasta and cheese garlic bread.Special kudos for the employees. They made a custom made pizza for birthday with special designs. Love it a lot. Needs extra dedication to go beyond to satisfy the customers.1. Pasta was very good. Liked a lot.2. Pizza toppings were good. Felt a little bland and was very thin for the toppings.3. Garlic bread was good with the marinara.
Stood in the front of the line for 15 mins without help from anyone, no eye contact or so much as a simple “someone will be with you.” All while 4 employees tried to figure out a previous order gone wrong from a returning customer. The food could be awesome for all I know but sadly based on this poor experience I will never find out.

Miserable experience. Service is subpar, slow, and untrained. Pizza was bland, undercooked and my zeppole was a fried unflavored dough they forgot all toppings to. Walked out. They were too busy to handle refunds or corrections. Worthless experience.
Disappointed with the visit. The salad was not fresh. The chicken pesto pizza had no flavor. The only good thing is the chicken wings, not crispy but the sauce tastes good.More like a to-go place instead of dine in restaurants, almost no service.
It is more of a takeout place vs a restaurant. The same person who takes your order makes the pizza. The food was just okay. It wasn’t bad but it definitely didn’t have much flavor. Wouldn’t come again.

According to the food enthusiast in our family, Midici earns a solid 7 out of 10. The value is excellent, and the service is quick and friendly.
Did not have all the ingredients for pizza. Pizza came out before appetizers. Dough was good though.
