Just experienced one of my favorite meals here at Midori! While the prices are quite steep and warrants a visit as a special occasion, I found the value to experience well worth the cost. We opted for the 9 course experience which consisted plates from appetizers, sashimi, sushi, cooked dishes to dessert. The portions were a bit small and reality was a good thing as there are so many dishes part of the experience that you should be beyond satisfied with the overall portion amount. It is relatively rare for a fine dining restaurant to exceed expectations. After all, such expectations are usually high and it is much easier to disappoint them. Before Midori, I can hardly remember the last time I experienced a restaurant that was so much better than expected. The food was excellent (in my opinion, much better than what is usually served at Michelin 1 star level the rating here is very conservative) and brought back the fondest memories of Japan. Wish I could give it 10 stars! Everything was delicious, creative, unique, special. We did the Yama 12 course menu. With wine pairing. So much food but everything so incredible that it’s hard to choose a favorite. The service was wonderful also. they were attentive in describing every course and chatting with us yet giving us time and privacy alone as well. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Fusion done right the combination of Portuguese and Japanese flavours was executed flawlessly. While the fish and rice was not as consistently high quality as at a dedicated Japanese omakase, this is more than made up for by the quality and creativity througout the meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

we had the ultimate culinary experience in midori. the presentation of eating was kreatiw, quality excellent and all delicious. the personal was so attentive and dedicated and would recommend to all those who wish an intimate culinary experience with excellent dining.

There was no variation in using producrs . Most dishes were created by using Tuna . We would have liked a variation perhaps some meat . Desert was not impressive to a poit of a Micheline rating . However , service was impacable very professional .
