I have never walked into a fairly new restaurant where the manager was disrespectful! Compared to the server “UK” which gave me details and a great experience for the first time in that establishment. The “MANAGER” called “VICTOR” was Disgustingly Disrespectful into the sense of knowing when the customer is right. I tried to explain the difference of the same meal I have ordered plenty of times and the difference in between how I received it (Not the way I ordered nor says on your menu). Yet he kept interrupting me as if to brush me off, and then have the nerve to say if you don’t like it leave, after he takes my money. Out of 28 of my associates across the street from this place none of us...
I will first take a wild guess that there was a switch in management and product at some point within the last year which explains the mixed reviews. I hate to say, my expierence here was not excellent. The atmosphere was kinda cool and there is a lot to work with in terms of the space. Food wise... I am not impressed. The fries were soggy and we were one group of two. The chicken on our salad was very dry and the salad itself was not great. I really wanted to like this place, but I sadly couldn't. I can't recommend this place and I won't be coming back.
Ordered online for a pickup. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap well before lunch time and when I got there they didn't have it ready. The host told me it was going to be a bit of wait, but I can tell that they haven't gotten started with my order yet, so I waited patiently, as I've worked in restaurants before. I waited 20 minutes for my wrap and fries. When I finally opened it to eat, the wrap was so loosely wrapped that everything fell apart. I was unable to re-wrap it to enjoy as well. It was just a bad experience overall.
In the nicest way possible…I honestly have no idea how this place has such a high rating. We were told that it was a house made, 12in thin crust pizza, and it was a FROZEN PIZZA. Similar to jacks pizza. It wasn’t cooked all the way through, was cold in the center and had soggy crust.. $20 isn’t much, but it is way too much money for a frozen undercooked pizza and a can of coke.

The chicken tasted flavorless and dry, as if it had been pre-cooked and reheated to the point of resembling beef jerky. I paid $13 for this poor-quality food. I suspect that the positive reviews are fake, as this restaurant is truly unpleasant.
The food at this restaurant was excellent quality and a great value for the price. It was reasonably priced and my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server, U.K, was very friendly. I would definitely dine here again.

The server was very friendly and offered curly fries or onion rings with my child's burger. I chose curly fries. The price was good and the food was delicious.
