I love your food, and your restaurants are usually spotless. If you don't want people at your restaurant after 10:00 P.M. then close at 10:00 P.M. I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her first taste of Mighty Taco and literally felt like I committed some grand offense to the person working the counter. I walked in and he was singing something, rolling up the carpets, noticed us and looked offended. I blew it off, then when he went to the counter I asked if we could eat in, said it was fine with a look of disgust in his face all while not looking at me. This place made me realize how much things have changed since I was a student here around 2010, when I used to eat here a few times a week. The quality of the vegetables has definitely gone down, and the meat flavors aren't as fresh as they used to be. On top of that, there are fewer menu options now compared to other taco places. I also have to mention that customer service has really declined and they seem unable to maintain their staff, which suggests that management isn't paying what they should.

I either always get tomatoes when I ask for them to be removed or something else is wrong. today I ordered the nachos DELUXE. deluxe means sour cream and salsa. to no surprise it didn't have either. I work in an extremely extremely busy fast food restaurant FT and have never once messed up an order even under a tremendous amount of stress. So I really don't get it. They never look like they actually care either.

This powerful Taco site in NT is reliable, convenient and fulfills my appetite when I am in the mood for some hard shell Mighty Tacos, their Nachos Deluxe with seasoned ground beef, a jumbo chocolate chip cookie and a large pepsi to complete my desired order! The place that made me question how everything is different compared to when I was back in school around 2010 eating here a few times a week. Veggies are much lower quality and the meat flavors have gotten less fresh...toss in the menu changes and lack of options compared to other taco places...idk. customer service sucks and they can't keep a staff meaning management won't pay what they should

I usually enjoy dining here, and the food is generally good. However, today I ordered a nacho buffito and found that there were no chips in it. To make matters worse, I discovered a BONE in my burrito. They really need to ensure that their meat is thoroughly checked for items like this before serving it to customers.
