Mike Lisa's Cricketers British Pub

Cricketers is truly a genuine British Pub experience. It reminded me of sitting at the Crutched Friar in London. Sipping a Fuller ESB (a proper British ale) , enjoying comfort food topped with apple crumble for dessert. Yes , the fish and chips are fantastic, crispy battered cod that melts in your mouth. The onion rings are similarly fried and rival the best. The corned beef was also a winner, piled high with tender cabbage, red potatoes and carrots. I had to work hard to save room for dessert. We tried both the Apple crumble and the bread pudding. Both excellent. I must turn to the beginning however. The atmosphere is cozy , locals enjoying the game on the tv. wow, we stumbled on this place in a plaza, what a great sound! the food was excellent. very hearty portions and good quality. great service and ice cold beer. very favorable too. the restaurant was nicely decorated, many tvs and was very clean and comfortable. bathroom was very clean with all the amenities in the square. we're out of town, but next time we'll be back. thanks cricketers.

I stopped to get out of the storm. the handful of people were in there. butch the bartender was aces. funny, competent, engaged and get the work done. it was not to eat, but at the end packed sandwiches. order them at 930, they have until 10 o'clock in the week I believe will be back in any case.

Good food, good drinks. Kind of needlessly British themed. The food and the drinks are theme enough. Prices higher than they should be but whatever. Service was great. Indoor outdoor seating.
