Mike's Urban Pub - Reserva de mesa

I stay at Ibis Tübingen on biweekly basis for business travel. The hotel has very friendly and nice staff, but the restaurant needs better management. During a la carte hours the staff is very unorganized and service is slow. I had two occasions when I couldn't even get a beer! First one I turned it down after waiting for it for 20 minutes (and reminding in the middle..) and on second time the waiter priorized the dishes over my beer - after the order - for 10 minutes, then I just walked out.The food isn't good quality, the burger patties taste frozen, and the buns are not grilled. Main seasoning comes from ketchup. Tested few other items on the menu, not much difference.Breakfast and lunch...

During my stay in Hotel Ibis Styles I've been to Mike's Urban Pub twice. Once with my girlfriend for drinks at the end of the night and once to watch a game of Euro 2016: Spain-Italy. I'm normally not a fan of the staff in German bars and restaurants because I feel they pay a lot less attention to the customer than I'm used to in The Netherlands. But in Mike's Urban Pub this was very different. The staff came by regularly when our glasses were empty and a little bit of eye-contact was enough for the waiter to come over. Very nice.The bar offers a great variety of beers (still I think German beer can be quite boring) for a good price. They also offer a lot of small food.

I don't give him zero because the waitress was very good. asked for a steak medium rarely and it was done well. most medium. the steak sat back and the chefe sent the waitress with me that the steak medium was really? the waitress said in deutschland lol! to get medium rare, ask them for rare. what I did. guess what. it rarely came in Germany and the other world! what a sweat. don't get me wrong. good environment and amazing waitresses. very attentive and professional. the chefe only has to learn the steak points. instead of eating the other is food.

Really terrible - messed up my simple order for a burger and fries... TWICE. No apology just a begrudging plate thrown back at me, eventually.No atmosphere, beer was warm and flat (being English you'd think I'd appreciate that). Awful Europop music blaring too loud.Even the football on the TV was 4 years out of date. Reserva una mesa ahora

variety of meat cuts and chefs can satisfy even the most demanding, as there are many sizes on many plates. beautiful mood, deco, a seating opportunity. good beer and wine selection as well as cocktails. prices are normal to a little high. it is recommended to give the hotel residents a better price.

if your staying at the hotel it is an excellent choice. Fairly large menue with all sorts of options, sure to find something. Wide selection of drink. Good service.

something like nightclub noise, average pub eat. better in a local restaurant. good television if you like to see football.

very nice eating, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. not far from the city center, in the ibis hotel.
