This restaurant is beautiful! I had the pepperoni pizza a few weeks ago and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It was fresh and not heavy or greasy. The staff were friendly and even offered us some extra garlic bread and chili oil to enjoy. Recently, I ordered two mushroom and gorgonzola pasta dishes for delivery. I don't usually get pasta for takeout, so I was a bit hesitant, but I was blown away! The pasta was even better than what you would get at Zizzi's, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The Parmesan cheese came in separate containers to sprinkle on top, which was a nice touch. This is definitely the best place to get food in Beeston, I won't be going anywhere else...
Terrible customer service. Food took and hour and a half despite stating on the app we ordered from that it would arrive in 55 minutes. Was told that the food was delayed due to traffic and was then told that the restaurant was busy which was causing the delay. So they lied to me about the order. The order arrived after 1 hour 30 mins and was cold and inedible. I asked for either a refund or partial refund and was told that I could have one if I sent the food back. This was not possible as the driver had left. Really disappointing service. Will never use again.
First time I've ordered tonight... only place I could find lasagne... and I needed lasagne because I'm pregnant fat and full of cold.... also ordered the wedges and chicken to share and a pizza for the other half.... I can't believe how happy I am... the lasagne is amazing :D :D the rest is great to.... I will definitely be ordering again... thanks so much
We received a recommendation for this restaurant and we went in with big appetites. We ordered two portions of penne with salmon, a garlic bread, a mushroom starter, and a mozzarella bowl. Milano Express never disappoints! Pizza is amazing! Thin crust, perfectly baked, not overloaded with toppings, just perfect. Pastas also very nice, with gluten free options available. The most incredible thing on the menu is little brownies dessert. The best brownies I’ve ever eaten.
I placed my order around 6:50 pm and it was delivered at around 7:10 pm, which was very impressive. This restaurant is always my go-to for takeout, but they really outdid themselves tonight. The food was delivered promptly and I was very impressed with the service. Thank you!
If you're in beeston looking for lunch then look no further, this place is amazing. The food was hot, fast and of absolute restaurant quality. The portions were big enough to share and I paid less than I would have normally spent at KFC or subway definitely worth a visit!
