Waiting the longest time for our dinner. When the dinner came, only my came which was cold. The person who delivered it was not our server. The person who delivered it looked it away and within a few minutes I received my dinner back from the same person. I think the kitchen microwave it which dried out the food. My spouse's food came and it wasn't much better. No one even asked him about his food. The server didn't say anything to us about it and she was hardly around. It was the worse service and worse food we've had. We will certainly think twice coming back, especially for the price.
It was a busy night in the area. We made a reservation ahead of times for 5:15. We arrived early so would have waited in the bar. We were told the bar was too busy. We waited in a line up as the staff didn't start until 5 pm!!?? We approached them at our time as walk ins were being seated ahead of us. This did not sit well with us. Perhaps a review of the front end procedures is needed. The waiter was great and the food was delicious. We will try again and hopeful the situation has improved.
We had reservations for 6pm and were immediately seated. Our server, Sky I believe, was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly, always smiling and quick to help. The manager stopped by our table and was also very sweet. Food was great. I highly recommend everything about this location. A huge shout out to both the lovely ladies last night. My husband and I came to Kingston to spend time with our boys for the holidays and both ladies helped to make our experience perfect. Thanks ladies!
There was an issue between staff and management and we weren't seated in the dining area event hough we had a reservation. The chicken parm lacked salt and it was just ok and also didnt like the mushroom soup. The cauliflower and shrimp starters my friends ordered were good though.

It was very nice for the 5 of us. It wasn't too busy at that time, our server Justin was great and everyone there was very polite. Food was awesome, compliments to the cooking staff! Have been there a few times and never disappointed. Thank you!
Overall and excellent experience. The food and service was amazing. Only complaint was I tried to change our reservation to a different time and they said it was full but while we were there 3/4 of the restaurant was empty.
I was pleasantly surprised with how excellent the food was. Typically I expect average food from a chain but it was delicious and I will definitely come back. Our server was fast, friendly and did a great job. Thank you!
Our party of 4 all thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine. This was our first visit to Milestones in Kingston and we were not disappointed. Great service and good ambiance. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Good as usual! We love Milestones, but this time and last time my steak was a little undercooked. I asked for medium rare (which usually restaurants over cook) but it was quite rare. Delicious, nonetheless.
Normally I would give milestones a 4 or 5 out of 5 across the board. This time the rating is lower as the steak I got was very tough. the other two meals in my party were excellent.
