One word: Impressed.Haven't visited Milestones in ages, especially this Langford location. Had some gift cards to use up so better now than never. Walked in on a Monday afternoon and I forgot how nice the setting is. Open, modern, tidy and clean-lined. Host and server were both upbeat, attentive and professional. I like their new uniforms of neat jeans and button-down chambray shirt (very Canadiana), nothing try-hard pretentious or chichi about it (unlike other franchises). I appreciate that about Milestones. Prime rib sauce typically is a red wine demiglaze. The sauce you get here is for a beef dip sandwich. Thin like water. The server confirmed that the sauce for both there Prime Rib and their sandwich is the same sauce. The horse raddish is mixed with some kind of sourcream. Thick clumpy and disgusting.While the Primerib was cooked mid rare as requested it lacked the proper crust on the outer layer and was mush.The servers food knowledge was ok. The service was good. The server did her best but firing another main would have left my partner sitting for 30+ minutes. The kitchen was at fault. No manager came to touch the table even after we voiced our concerns. We often have a bit of a disappointing meal at a chain restaurant, BUT our meal and service was outstanding. We shared calamari. I had chicken prepared with a delicious melted goat cheese between two pieces served over vegetables. It was a new preparation for me, and a wonderful presentation. My husband had completed tremendous dental surgery, and needed soft food. The waiter suggested a seafood taco with a soft shell, and he loved it. He also had mushroom soup, and was full, with no dental issues. Our food was delivered promptly, and hot--very nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking.

We went for lunch on July 27 because we were in the area and had enjoyed the MIlestones in downtown Victoria on Wharf St. The Langford Milestones, however, left a lot to be desired. Although we had a good waiter the meal was not good. The mushroom soup was tasteless. My wife's banana nutella French toast had very little banana. My classic eggs benedict consisted of 2 minuscule poached eggs on 2 tiny half buns and a thin shriveled up piece of bacon. 80% of the contents of the plate were hash browns. Will not go there again.

7 of us got together for a mid-week dinner and we chose Milestone's as it was centrally located for all of us to get to. Food and drinks were just as you would expect from a well established chain like Milestone's - very good The food is delicious and portions are generous. 4 members of our group had the rustic chicken club with various sides and all really enjoyed it. We would definitely come back!

The food seems to have gone up a notch in quality. We were impressed with the mushroom chicken pasta. One of our fave appies is the goat cheese platter. Tasty and abundant.The $50 date night dinner is incredible! Share an appie and a dessert and order your own entree. Generous servings and excellent cuisine. We were also impressed with our server.

We ordered the new Spicy Crispy Chicken on Rice and if you eat it the way they serve it is hot spicy. I asked for the spice to be diluted which they did, but it was still quite spicy. The dish had fried wontons with it and was quite tasty. We went at lunch time and it was not crowded at all.

Four of us had lunch and drinks. The service was good and thefood we ordered was very good. There have been some imaginativeadditions to the menu. Overall very good but pricey. I find that thisMilestones seems to be consistent with the food where the Inner Harbourlocation is not.

Went for a weekend lunch. The restaurant was clean and not too busy. We ordered salads with steak. It took way to long to get the food but the food was just as good as the downtown location. Too bad they can't get staff like downtown... they were nice but too slow.

Definitely would come back again! Such a great place for a fine dinner.
