Milestones Grill + Bar - Victoria

I gave this place several chances....they just don't/didn't get it. I complained to the head office via email...heard back months later only to be offered a "coupon"...I replied with an "obviously you didn't read (or just don't care) my email. I don't want your coupons nor will I be back." I have been in the service industry for years...it takes nothing to acknowledge a customer has walked through the door and that you see them. It also shouldn't take long to be seated when the place is half empty. As for the food...this is what finally sent me over the edge. I ordered a salad with what was supposed to be chicken on it.....what I received was a salad with some sliced rolled "who knows what"...

After checking in at the Empress Hotel, we were ready for a meal. Milestones was one of our bus drivers recommendations. He obviously has had good experiences there as did we.The restaurant overlooks the harbor and has a lot of outdoor seating. We sat inside and plenty of windows to check out the scenery.The food was delicious. I started with two sliders which were melt in your mouth. There were a number of tempting choices for entrees and both of ours were very good. A great place to stop for lunch, dinner or just a drink and an appetizer.

It is hard to fault this place. They have a great range of wines,including one of our favourite New Zealand wines, and we were lucky enough to get a seat by the window,providing the best views of the harbour, including when the buildings get lit up.The startles were exceptional, especially the Asian chicken.The steaks were cooked exactly as requested.Overall one of the best dining experiences in Victoria.

Corissa took great care of us as we celebrated our 20-year anniversary in the city where we originally met. The food was excellent - fries with beef gravy, chicken wings, and sesame chicken bites, all cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. Corissa was attentive, knowledgable about the menu, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend Milestones!

With the hurly-burly for the wharf/marina area, this is obviously going to be a busy place. We got a table outside which was good, and not too chilly. Food was excellent, I had the Red Snapper and chips, with drinks it worked out about $25 each, service was good too. Would go back.

Wilden alleen een drankje doen (gelegenheid staat ook te boek als bar). Dat kon volgens de gastvrouw. Maar de serveerster wilde alleen dure alcoholische cocktails verkopen. Hoewel het terras half leeg was, waren ze niet geïnteresseerd in verkoop van soft-drinks.

We spent a very enjoyable hour with drinks and appetizers on the upper level deck. The view over the harbor is wonderful. The food and drinks good. The prices okay. The service friendly. All good.

The fish & chips with snapper was awesome. The beer advise was really good too. A local Amber beer. The staff was really friendly and the location on the harbour beautiful. Washrooms very clean.

View on the Victoria marina waterfront. Comfortable environment with excellent fresh local food with local microbrew beers and whine. Excellent and friendly service.

Ottima posizione per una serata, in pieno centro si mangia all'aperto con visuale del porto. Ottimo cibo io ho preso un classico hamburger. Ottimo
