Will not return. Were seated and ordered drinks. 5 minutes later ordered appetizers. Apps arrived before drinks. Manager took orders and server was intermittent. Burrata appetizer was fine if garlicky. Steak was properly cooked and half of the tables fries were as well. The other half were barely cooked and the Caprese chicken sandwich was externally cooked but had cold/raw sections throughout. Chicken Caesar salad was properly cooked but tasteless croutons. Spiderwebs on booth and abysmal service for the last 3/4 of the meal, would have ordered dessert, but no one came while we were still interested. Great service, some of the dishes were really good like the fall special of lamb shank but others like the Mediterranean chicken and the pesto chicken pasta were disappointing. The cleanliness of the Women’s washroom was horrible. I had to change my baby in there and the condition of the washroom was horrible. Paper towel exploding out of garbage, diapers in the women's waste products receptacle made it overflowing and there was a lot of garbage all over the floor. There also wasn't any fresh paper towels in the sink area to dry ones hands. Our server was excellent and very attentive. She was constantly checking in on our party members to make sure that we were doing well.

Horrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Came here for a 16 ounce rib steak bone in. Ordered it medium rear camel out over cooked and soggy. Second time came it was full of veins so hard to cut. My husband hand was hurting from trying to cut it. Disgusting. 3 different managers came all full OF EXCUSES speaking non sense. Honestly never come here. Go to the keg if you want a descent meal right across the street. Only nice understanding person was our waitress.

Food was spectacular! Hot. Fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the hostess wasn’t very customer centric and seemed very confused and really didn’t know what she was talking about as we requested a booth. After the many “no” we got, the manager came over and sat us at a more desirable table without any issue. Our waiter was very attentive, until we wanted the bill. He disappeared for almost 35min. One waiter took our drinks and food order. We never saw him again. Manager delivered food and we had no cutlery. Completely ignored after that. Had to ask the hostess to please tell our waiter who had forgotten about us that we would like the bill Two weeks in Ireland with the best wait staff everywhere. First outing in Newmarket snd no service at all. Crazy

Soup was served with a plastic spoon (had to ask for a proper one) and not very not. Waitress plopped both main plates in front of one person and walked away without asking who ordered what.

The food was ok, not worth the price. It was a busy night, but the service was terrible even considering that. The experience was ok overall.
