First let me start by saying the food was good. However everything else was terrible. They should only offer take out because it’s SMOKEY inside the restaurant. Not to mention the greasey feel of the restaurant, I don’t understand why they don’t turn on the exhaust above the grill. We waited 30 min for our food and when we walked out we smelled like grease and fried food! It was terrible for a brunch spot because now you just want to go home and shower. Waffle House would be considered clean compared to this restaurant.
Highlights: The tater tots are some of the best I've ever had! The French toast is incredibly thick, making for a satisfying breakfast. The lemon pepper honey chicken sandwich is packed with bold flavors and is quite substantial. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Areas for improvement: The Berry French toast could benefit from more than just one strawberry, although it was nice to see that it was fresh rather than frozen. Unfortunately, crepes weren't available, and the only waffle option was a sweet potato waffle.
First time ordering from this place today! Doordashed the order i ended up having a few complaints! This isn’t about the mistakes, made but the recovery! They were friendly apologetic my food was remade without issue and delivered by an employee! I ordered crab hash the chicken, honey buttered biscuits with cheese eggs! The Cajun cream spinach cream sauce were delicious! The portions are massive everything was seasoned well! Mistakes happen, i appreciate them going above and beyond to correct it!

Pat,Made my experience amazing. She ensured that we understood the menu and allowed me and the group I was with to take our time and order. I am a picky eater and made a lot of comments like fried extra hard catfish and she ensured that the food was prepared just as I asked. She was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return because of her. First impressions mean everything and she ensured that we had the best first impression.
Overpriced, limited (uncomfortable) seating. The fish was okay but the grits were bland. However, the counter service was extraordinary. The female cashier made up for some of the detractors. If she is not the proprietor you couldn't tell because she cared about the customer experience just that much.
Ms. Lou provided excellent service and took wonderful care of me. She ensured that my food was fresh and crispy, just the way I like it! Thank you so much!
Delicious homey southern comfort food with generous portions. Limited coffee selection, would like to see an ice coffee in the menu.
